Chronology of cameras Zeiss Ikon
In 1926, when the Zeiss Ikon company was created, this camera, previously manufactured by Goerz, did not undergo any modification, except for the embossing of the logo of the new company in the sheathing of its front face. This Box-Tengor (54/15) uses 116 film and produces 6.5 x 11 cm negatives. It is a larger Box-Tengor model than most of the others.
It will be manufactured until 1928 in this version. It is easily identifiable by the low position of the film winding key and the two viewfinders superimposed at the top of the front panel.
It seems that there are examples of this camera with a metal handle placed obliquely.
